Ankit Sharma is a dual-qualified Solicitor, authorised to practise in both England & Wales and India. With over a decade of experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, he advises and represents individuals, businesses, and corporate clients across a broad spectrum of contentious matters. Ankit is a graduate of Cornell University, USA, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb).

Represented one of the UK's largest aircraft hangar operators in proceedings involving claims for specific performance, declaratory relief, and injunctive remedies before the High Court ([2025] EWHC 2628 (Ch)).
Successfully defended clients in prosecution proceedings brought by the Home Office under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (POCA).
Represented a debtor facing a statutory demand and a prospective claim exceeding £1.8 million, achieving a negotiated settlement for approximately half of the claimed amount.
Mrs M. Sriramaiah v Visa Embassy Ltd (Global Migrate) – Successfully defended all claims brought by an employee against the employer client.
Onwuachu v Efficiency-for Care Ltd & A. A. Bello (Case No. 3200315/2024) – Secured the dismissal of all claims brought against the client in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
S v B – Secured a favourable outcome following a four-day trial involving complex trust structures, competing proprietary interests, and significant matrimonial assets.
Advised and represented a client in high-value financial remedy proceedings involving substantial overseas assets and disputes concerning the validity and enforceability of a pre-nuptial agreement.
Successfully represented a client in financial remedy proceedings involving allegations of non-disclosure, offshore assets, and trust-held property.
