Beatrice is a qualified solicitor specialising in commercial real estate finance. She has experience acting for bridging lenders, alternative and non‑bank lenders, as well as borrowers and developers, across a wide range of secured lending transactions.

Originally from Romania, Beatrice moved to the UK and brings an international perspective to her work. Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, she dedicated eight years to NHS dentistry while pursuing her ambition to enter the legal profession. She completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and has worked in the legal sector since 2016, gaining experience in litigation and family law.

Outside of work, Beatrice enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her friends and family
